GCS, a young and dynamic sales and customer service company, is looking for a Sales Call Center Manager.
Job Description
- Managing the sales shift and assigning leads
- Encouraging the sales representatives and making sure they reach their daily and monthly sales goals
- Maintaining high energy levels throughout the entire shift
- Managing the sales representatives on a professional and personal level

The position entails 5 shifts a week (Sun to Thu / Mon to Fri), with the following working hours: 10:00 to 19:00 (Fridays are 10:00–15:00).
Requirements
- Native/Fluent English
- Previous experience managing a call center
- Previous immigration sales or online sales management experience
- Highly motivated and hungry for success
